Stroke is one of the main causes death and disability worldwide. The great impact on quality life population health system justifies that we seek relevant alternatives to reduce incidence improve treatment recovery patients affected by this disease. Physical exercise appears as an important tool in scenario, being already pointed out a possible therapeutic approach for prevention non-contagious chronic diseases. In context, biomarkers such miRNAs respond physical are directly related several epigenetic mechanisms appear. Therefore, explaining molecular involved during will lead better understanding each stimulus dose be used situation, thus promising evolution prescription control training processes from various diseases, including stroke. Forty-eight Wistar rats were used, divided into four experimental groups: group, ischemia group + group.
